Dmitry Ubushiev has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dmitry started their career in 2008 at MST Investments as a Country Manager, where they provided consultative support to international IT companies expanding into Vietnam and managed investment consulting for a prominent Japanese hotel operator. Dmitry obtained all necessary licenses and approvals for the company's business in Vietnam.

In 2017, Dmitry joined JBS Corporation as the Director of Partnerships and Business Development. In this role, they served as a managing director in IT and Ecommerce and successfully developed and managed an EdTech startup with a team of over 50 members. Dmitry also played a key role in business development and growth, as well as developing an online marketing strategy.

Currently, Dmitry is involved with effa as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Growth, and Business Development. Dmitry assumed this role in February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Success, Partnerships, and Business Development in the same company from January to February 2023.

Throughout their career, Dmitry has showcased their abilities in various domains, including strategic planning, partnership management, business development, and team leadership.

Dmitry Ubushiev completed their education at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO from 2002 to 2008, earning a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as the Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in June 2022 and the Academic Credentials Report from the Foreign Credentials Service of America (FCSA) in July 2020.
