Sandi Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Assistance and Research Analyst at The George Washington University since April 2021, Sandi previously held key leadership positions, including Division Director and Deputy Director at the State of Delaware's Department of Health and Social Services, Division for the Visually Impaired, from May 2018 to April 2021. Additional roles include VR Transition Coordinator and VR Program Specialist at the Delaware Division of Vocational Rehabilitation between October 2013 and May 2018, as well as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the DE Division for the Visually Impaired from September 2003 to October 2007. Sandi holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
