Sonali Sinha has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sonali started their career as a Summer Trainee at Siemens in 2013. In 2014, they joined Think And Learn as an Associate Business Development. Sonali then moved to Paytm in 2015, where they initially worked as a Senior Associate and later as a Team Leader. From 2017 to 2019, Sonali worked at Paytm Mall as a Junior Manager. In 2019, they joined BharatPe as a Manager. Currently, they are working at Gupshup as a Senior Manager, starting from January 2021.

Sonali Sinha completed their education at Manipal Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a specialization in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Sonali Sinha has obtained certifications in "Consulting Approach to Problem Solving" and "Digital & Performance Marketing" from Udemy. Sonali achieved these certifications in August 2020.
