Lyndsay Kerwin is an accomplished founder and advisor with extensive experience in growth equity and board governance. Currently serving as the Founder of Great Elm Partners and an Advisor at AscendX since January 2024, Lyndsay previously held the role of Investment Professional at Silversmith Capital Partners from January 2019 to December 2023, contributing to a firm managing $3.0 billion in capital. Additionally, Lyndsay has been active as a board observer or member for multiple companies, including AppHub, Microblink, and Constructor, among others. Lyndsay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in a combined major of Computer Science and Biology from Duke University, complemented by education at Newton Country Day School.
