Michael Chiang has over a decade of experience in business development and supply chain management, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Hangzhou Shunwang Technology Co., Ltd since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing business strategy and collaboration with local government for projects like GameTown and ChinaJoy. Michael previously worked as Senior Operations Manager at Threadsmith Clothing from March 2014 to August 2017, overseeing manufacturing supply chains for high-quality knitwear production. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior SCM Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, where process improvement and financial forecasting were key focuses, and External Manufacturing Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson, which involved significant contributions to supply chain optimization through Lean Six Sigma principles. Michael also gained early exposure to human resources as an intern at UTC Fire & Security. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University.
