Jonathan Baldessari has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jonathan started their career in 2014 as a Student Assistant at the University of Miami, where they oversaw the front desk and provided customer service to students and parents. Jonathan also worked as a Conference Host during the summer conferences, managing the reception desk and solving any issues that arose.
In 2017, Jonathan took on the role of a Student Consultant at the University of Miami Division of Continuing & International Education. Jonathan studied and improved the registration and admission processes of the Intensive English Program, conducted interviews, and developed a short-term VBA program.
Jonathan then worked as a Temporary Office Supervisor at the University of Miami in 2017, assisting staff with various tasks and assigning housing to students.
In 2019, they joined Penguin Voidout Productions as a Design Lead & Level Designer. Jonathan designed levels with stealth gameplay in mind, wrote and implemented dialogue and narrative scenes, and provided feedback to programmers and tech designers.
Jonathan also worked at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in 2020 as a Level Artist. Jonathan created and painted real-world terrain for a game, incorporating suggestions from the development team and subject matter experts.
In 2020, Jonathan joined Quantum Puzzles as a Level Designer. Jonathan designed a sandbox with a ray gun mechanic, created areas of a house focused on specific functions, and integrated Blueprint code into a single player character.
Currently, Jonathan is working at Gunfire Games as a Level Designer (Mid).

From 2019 to 2020, they attended the Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy, where they obtained a Master's degree in Game and Interactive Media Design.
From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Miami, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
From 2009 to 2013, they attended Coral Reef Senior High School, where they completed the International Baccalaureate Program.
In addition to their formal education, Jonathan obtained various certifications, including "C# for Unity Game Development" from Lynda.com in March 2019, "Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project" in January 2018, and multiple Agile-related certifications between 2017 and 2018. Jonathan also obtained certifications in "Introducing Photoshop: Design" and "Learning Video Production and Editing" from Lynda.com in June 2017.
