Jenny Yan

Project Manager at Guidepoint

Jenny Yan started their work experience in 2014 as a Teaching Assistant at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Jenny assisted the English teacher in creating and implementing learning plans for students and organized entertainment activities to enhance their learning experience. In 2014, they also worked as a Merchandiser at Jiashan Steelfit Trading Co., Ltd.

In 2015, Jenny worked as a Temporary Assistant at the British Council, where they helped prepare training materials for new examiners and assisted with speaking tests. Jenny also had a brief role as a Sales Associate at Surf-style during the same year.

In 2016, Jenny worked as a Sales Engineer at Wss Precision Tool (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and later joined the British Council as a Finance Assistant. In their role as a Finance Assistant, they were responsible for payroll processing, verifying payroll documents, and handling inquiries.

Most recently, Jenny is working at Guidepoint as a Project Manager, a position they have held since 2018.

Jenny Yan earned their Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Trade, with a minor in Spanish, from Zhejiang International Studies University. This education was obtained from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Jenny has obtained various certifications including the Business English Certificate (Higher Level), Business English Certificate (Vantage Level), CET-4, CET-6, Certificate of International Commercial Documents, Computer-level certificates, and Mandarin Certificate II.
