César H. has a diverse work experience in various consulting and managerial roles. César worked as a Senior Business Consultant & Data Scientist at Magellan Consulting Group from January 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Whydo & Company from June 2021 to January 2022.

César also served as a Partner Consultant at Proudfoot Brasil, where they focused on transforming corporate and operational areas to improve productivity, optimize activities, and standardize processes from April 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Autônomo from May 2017 to April 2018.

In terms of their experience in consultancy, César worked as an Associate at Compass Consultoria from March 2016 to May 2017, where they participated in projects for large national and multinational corporations. At Table Partners, they worked as a Consultant, formulating strategies, mapping uncertainties, and designing high-performance organizations from October 2015 to February 2016.

César also has experience in the aerospace industry, having worked at Embraer. César held various roles, including Development Management for Legacy 450/500, Portfolio Management for Legacy 650 and Lineage 1000, and Results Management for Legacy 600/650. These roles involved managing development schedules, prioritizing projects, working on cost quotations, and conducting financial analysis.

Prior to their consulting and managerial roles, César started their career as an Analyst of Strategy at Accenture from December 2009 to April 2011.

César H. pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their completion of high school at Colégio Marista Paranaense from 1992 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Ensino Médio Completo with a specialization in todas do MEC. César then attended Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Professional degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Lastly, in 2022 and 2023, César H. enrolled at Universidade Federal do Paraná for a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Big Data & Data Science.
