Caitlin Haley has extensive experience in marine sciences, having held positions such as Fisheries Observer at NOAA Fisheries from August 2023 to July 2024. Previously, Caitlin worked as a Lobster Ecology & Industry Intern at Darling Marine Center under Dr. Richard Wahle and PhD candidate Alex Ascher. Additional roles include eDNA Intern with the Maine EPSCoR eDNA Project, Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maine with Dr. Ian Bricknell and Eleanor Glahn, and Animal Care Volunteer at the National Marine Life Center. Caitlin also completed a Graduate Research Assistant position at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and served as an Advocacy Intern for the National Peace Corps Association. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Maine, a semester abroad in Marine Science at the University of Aberdeen, and prior studies at American University.
