Sweta Victor is a dedicated healthcare professional currently serving as a Program Officer for Nurse Mentoring and Capacity Building at The Antara Foundation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sweta worked as a District Medical Services Officer at CARE India from October 2021 to August 2023, focusing on improving the quality of care and service delivery in district facilities. Sweta also held the position of Nurse Mentor Supervisor at the Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI) from December 2019 to October 2021. Sweta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing Education from Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, completed in 2019, and attended St. Xavier's High School in Bettiah from June 2013 to May 2015.
