Omer R. has worked in various roles since 2015. Omer began their career at the Clinton Global Initiative as a Program Team Intern in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Deputy Officer for the Israeli Navy SEALs Unit in the Israel Defense Forces. Since 2020, they have been employed at Guesty, where they have held the roles of GCS Client Services Manager, Account Management & Onboarding Specialist, and Guest Service Expert.

Omer R. attended Heschel School from 2012 to 2015 and then went on to receive a B.A in Government from Reichman University from 2018 to 2022.
