Ofer Hashimshony has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2007 with Via Maris, where they were a Sailing Crew Manager, Timetable Manager, and Problem Solver for consecutive activity. Ofer also maintained yachts, including engine, mechanics, and sails. In 2008, they moved to Cellcom, where they were a Service Representative. From 2012-2015, they worked as an Android Developer for Tomagi Ltd. and Fiverr. From 2018-2019, they worked as a Software Engineer for Toast, where they worked on a high visibility project refactoring legacy code for Receipt classes, increasing test coverage and rewriting the logic in Kotlin. From 2019-2021, they worked at Santa Inc. as an Engineer. Currently, they are a Full Stack Engineer at Guesty.

Ofer Hashimshony received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Programming from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2010 and 2015. Prior to this, they attended John Bryce for Computer Programming from 2007 to 2008. Ofer Hashimshony also attended Harishonim Highschool from 2001 to 2003.
