Mitch Hirsch has held various roles in the IT industry. From 2007 to 2011, they worked for Kennards Hire, starting as an IT Officer and progressing to roles such as Network Engineer, Senior Infrastructure Engineer, IT Infrastructure Manager, Architecture & Strategy Manager, and IT Strategy & Delivery Manager. In 2011, they joined Macquarie Group as an Associate (Market Operations and Technology). In 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer of Inauro, and in 2022 they joined WYDA as an Advisory Board Member.
Mitch Hirsch obtained a Higher School Certificate from Barker College between 1997 and 2006. Mitch then attended the University of Technology Sydney, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE DipEngPrac) in Telecommunications Engineering between 2007 and 2014. In February 2017, they obtained a CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) certification from Cisco. Mitch also obtained a AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2022.
