Tricia Rickard has extensive experience in web development and e-commerce management, currently serving as the Webmaster and e-Commerce Manager at Guest Services, Inc. since February 1986. In this role, Tricia is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing the organization's Internet and Intranet sites, along with over 30 subsidiary sites, while coordinating all division web projects. Previously, Tricia held administrative positions at Washington House Retirement Facility, including HR Admin and Hospitality/Operations Admin, from June 1983 to March 1986. Educational qualifications include a W3Schools' Certification in Web from 2010 to 2014, a Certified Web Specialist degree from IWA between 2008 and 2012, and a Certification in Web Applications from Global Knowledge from 2000 to 2012.
