LaJuana Warren, PHR, MPS has a diverse work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. LaJuana is currently working as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Guest Services, Inc. Prior to this, they founded their own consulting firm called Tapestry Solutions for Inclusion, where they provided workshops, assessments, and coaching to organizations looking to create inclusive environments.
LaJuana has also worked as a Training Consultant at Hemsley Fraser US, facilitating classes and webinars on various topics including emotional intelligence, managing teams through change, and cultural awareness. LaJuana served as the Director of Learning and Development at Damar Services, Inc., where they led a team focused on orientation programs, compliance training, and diversity initiatives.
In their previous role as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the State of Indiana, LaJuana developed and implemented statewide strategies and learning programs to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. LaJuana also worked as a Diversity Consultant at Pope Consulting, providing training and focus group interviews to Fortune 500 companies.
LaJuana has held leadership positions at the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana, where they presented diversity topics, assisted with membership development, and helped plan events. LaJuana also worked as a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at The Kaleidoscope Group.
Earlier in their career, LaJuana worked as a Human Resource Sales Consultant at Administaff. Overall, their extensive experience showcases their expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as their ability to create inclusive environments and deliver training programs to organizations.
LaJuana Warren, PHR, MPS has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis. LaJuana also obtained a SHRM Human Resource Certificate from DePaul University in 2010. In 2016, they completed their Masters of Professional Studies in Human Resource Development and Administration from the University of Indianapolis. Additionally, they received certifications such as the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute in 2011, the Energy Leadershipâ„¢ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching in 2020, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021. LaJuana is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Qualified Administrator IDI from IDI, LLC.
