Johenny Rivera Asseus, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles since 2009. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Playa Hotels & Resorts since February 2017, Johenny has progressed through positions such as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager, Specialist, and Coordinator at Atlantis Resorts from February 2013 to February 2017. Johenny's career began at Safeguard Services LLC as an Insurance/Healthcare Consultant II from August 2009 to February 2013. Johenny completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from American InterContinental University in 2006, and also studied at Florida International University from 2000 to 2005.
