Jarrod M Degenhard has extensive leadership experience in facilities management and environmental services, currently serving as Vice President of Environmental Services and Executive Director of Facilities Management at Guardian Healthcare since November 2016. Prior to this, Jarrod held the position of Regional Director of Facilities at Golden Living, where responsibilities included managing a $25 million capital budget for 89 facilities across eight states. Jarrod's career also includes roles as Regional Director of Plant Operations at CommuniCare Health Services and Maintenance/Safety/Environmental Coordinator at GRACO, along with early experience as Executive Director and Regional Assets Manager at Emeritus. This diverse background spans various aspects of plant operations, maintenance, and safety management across multiple states and organizations.
