Shelby Brenneman is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and media environments. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Communications and Employee Experience at Stryker since June 2024, Shelby previously worked at Urban Renaissance Group from 2021 to 2024 as a Marketing and Internal Communications Associate, where notable achievements included producing a comprehensive monthly internal newsletter and collaborating on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant role as a News Producer at KOMO TV from 2016 to 2021, where Shelby successfully managed a large team and significantly increased viewership ratings. Additional roles include producing news at KCCI-TV and earlier internships in various production capacities, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University.
