Scott Mueller, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott began their career in 1999 at Thomson Reuters, where they served as a Senior Support Representative, troubleshooting customer software problems and providing guidance to colleagues. Scott later held multiple managerial roles within Thomson Reuters, including Manager Training Consulting & Implementation Services and Manager Customer Retention & Service, where they focused on enhancing customer experience and driving process efficiencies. In 2019, Scott joined The Action Benefits Company as a Customer Service Supervisor, leading and mentoring a team to ensure exceptional customer service. In 2021, they joined EOS Worldwide as a Customer Service Leader, overseeing the organization's customer support goals and strategies. Currently, Scott holds the position of Customer Support Operations Manager at Guardian Alarm, joining in 2022, and starting in 2023, they will assume the role of Director Technical Support. Throughout their career, Scott has consistently demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, team development, and strategic planning.
