Lyudmil Tsonev is a seasoned professional in talent development with extensive experience in various roles at GTT, beginning as a Talent Development Advisor in 2018 and progressing to the position of Manager, Talent Development. Responsibilities include driving talent and learning strategies, conducting training needs analyses, and overseeing compliance training initiatives. Prior to GTT, Lyudmil was part of Interoute, where duties included the facilitation of new starter induction training and coordination of annual training plans. Earlier experience at Mobiltel involved roles in talent acquisition and HR training. Lyudmil Tsonev holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Economics from the University of National and World Economy.
