Shiv Putcha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Research & Consulting at GSMA since June 2023, Shiv is also the Founder of Mandala Insights LLP, providing independent analysis and insights focused on Industry 4.0, 5G, dedicated networks, and edge computing. Additional roles include Partner at SLJ and a history of contributing as an analyst across several prestigious organizations, including IDC Asia/Pacific, Ovum, QUALCOMM, The Yankee Group, and Acision. With a solid educational foundation, Shiv holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA (Honours) in Economics from Delhi University.
