Johanna Leander has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Johanna is currently working as a Senior Solution Consultant at CatalystOne Solutions since January 2022. Prior to this, Johanna served as an HR Business Partner at Capio Sverige from August 2020 to October 2021, and at GroupM Sverige from January 2020 to June 2020.

Johanna's previous experience includes positions at Infranord AB, where they held various roles such as HR Strategist from April 2017 to January 2020, Acting Head of HR, SVP from March 2018 to October 2018, HR Business Partner from October 2014 to March 2017, and HR Coordinator from October 2011 to October 2014.

Furthermore, Johanna worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Xtra personal from April 2011 to July 2011, as well as a Recruitment Coordinator at Wise Professionals from October 2010 to January 2011. Johanna started their career as a Consulting Manager/Recruiter at Cross Border Staffing International in January 2010 and worked there until October 2010.

Johanna Leander completed their Gymnasieexamen, with a focus on Samhällsvetenskap and Classe française, from Katedralskolan in the years 2001 to 2004. Johanna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Uppsala University from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Johanna Leander obtained a certification in Master EASI beteende och motivation from Master Sverige in September 2014.
