Simón B. Suárez possesses extensive experience in institutional relations and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Institutional Relations and Projects at Grupo Puntacana since June 2014. Previously, Simón held the position of Chief Development Representative for Central America and the Caribbean at Hilton Worldwide from May 2007 to May 2014, and served as Executive Vice President at Coral Hotels & Resorts, S.A. from March 1999 to March 2007. An accomplished leader, Simón was President of Occidental Dominicana from 1983 to 1999 and served as Executive Vice President at Finade between 1977 and 1987. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Economics from American University and an AB in Economics from Guilford College.
