Luke Maistre Melillo is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Since July 2018, Luke has held various roles at The Phoenicia Malta, progressing from Chef Tournant to Junior Sous Chef and currently serving as Sous Chef. Prior experience includes a position as Chef De Partie at Bahia and different roles at The Phoenicia Malta, including Demi Chef. Earlier in the career, Luke worked as a Commis Chef at Hilton Malta and Sefton Hotel, and began in the culinary field with Tumas Group at Dolmen Hotel. Luke holds a Higher National Diploma in Culinary Arts from ITS and has a foundational education from Saint Martins College and Chiswick House School.
