Rafael Castro possesses extensive experience in purchasing and project management across various industries. Currently serving at Grupo Gimeno since December 2020, Rafael is responsible for procurement functions related to indirect purchases and management of multiple purchasing categories. Previously, Rafael worked as a Controller for PORCELANOSA GRUPO, overseeing purchasing processes for subsidiaries in the USA, Canada, and Mexico, and achieving compliance with annual budgets exceeding $100 million. Other roles include project technician and buyer at Figuras & Esquemas, financial technician at TORMAXIMOS LDA, and project manager intern at Pateira Nascente. Rafael started a career in hospitality as an F&B Supervisor at Whittlebury Hall Hotel and Spa.
