Kendall Wyman began their career in 1999 as an Assistant to the Director of Film & Television Licensing for Windswept Pacific, LLC. In 2005, they joined Art+Logic as a Sales Manager, where they were promoted when the current Sales Manager moved into a CEO role and set about formalizing the sales organization tooling, organization structure, mentoring, training, inter-departmental relationships, metrics, and developing a unified company sales strategy. During their tenure, they delivered 15% in revenue growth from 2021 - 2022, exceeding all previous annual revenue totals and conducted 1:1s weekly with direct reports; setting, and tracking mentee goals and objectives. Kendall was then promoted to Senior Account Manager, where they were tasked to sell into and Account Manage key client accounts, managing as many as 25 active client projects simultaneously, developing customized client engagement plans, while experiencing and learning from hundreds of client relationship management scenarios. Kendall retained top producer status by representing an average of 29% of company revenue year-over-year with a close-won rate of 18% for new accounts. Kendall was also an Account Manager and a Project Inquiry Coordinator & Recruiting Assistant, where they were responsible for reviewing, triaging, and administering sales inquiries for the Director of Sales, organizing and facilitating the processing of applicants through an extensive evaluation process, and event planning and travel logistics for as many as 75 people.
Kendall Wyman attended Northern Arizona University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Theater. Prior to that, they attended Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Graphic Design.
