Tomás Alvarez III is a co-founder and managing partner at Idea2Form, LLC, a BIPOC-led creative studio focused on designing solutions for social impact. In addition to this role, Tomás serves on the Board of Trustees for the Grunin Foundation and has held leadership positions such as co-chair for the Children’s Wellbeing Initiative and interim executive director for Collaboration for Talent. Tomás's experience includes consulting for Ashoka and founding the Hip Hop Therapy Global Institute, along with significant contributions to Beats, Rhymes, and Life, Inc., the first Hip Hop Therapy nonprofit in the country. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Social Work in progress at the University of Southern California, along with degrees from Stanford University, Smith College, San Francisco State University, and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
