Ryan Stephens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, along with a strong background in learning and development. Currently serving as the Compliance, HSE, and Learning and Development Director at Gruene Environmental Companies since October 2022, Ryan manages safety training, analyzes compliance with safety regulations, and oversees team development initiatives. Previously, Ryan led RJ Consulting as Principal Owner, providing HSE consulting services from January 2017 to October 2022. Prior roles at Oceaneering included Global Training & Development Manager and Training & HSE Manager, where Ryan managed global training initiatives and compliance programs, achieving significant cost savings and enhancing employee retention. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
