Lexie Smith is a seasoned public relations and communications professional with extensive experience in founding and leading PR agencies. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Every Day Action since August 2023, Smith contributes to efforts in rescuing gourmet meals for under-resourced communities. As the Founder and CEO of GROWTH MODE PR & Communications Agency, established in August 2022, Smith focuses on enhancing brand visibility and business growth. Additionally, Smith founded THEPRBAR inc. in 2019, providing resources for entrepreneurs. With a commitment to empowering women through Dreamers & Doers and supporting coaches in the Ready Set Coach Community, Smith also hosts the Pitchin' and Sippin' Podcast. Previous roles include Vice President of PR, Marketing & Business Development at GeoLinks and various director positions in marketing and public relations. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations & Journalism from the University of Oregon.
