Anthony Pitter currently serves as the Executive Sous Chef at Grove Bay Hospitality Group since November 2022, specifically at Red Rooster. Prior experience includes positions as an Executive Sous Chef in personal chef services, as well as a Sous Chef at Constellation Culinary Group and Centerplate. Anthony's culinary journey began as a Line Cook at CineBistro and Seminole Coconut Creek Casino, and also included food preparation roles at Whole Foods Market. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary and Food Service Management, both obtained from Johnson & Wales University.
