Clive Bentley is a seasoned property director with extensive experience in real estate management across various sectors. Currently serving as Property Director at PizzaExpress since November 2021, Clive previously held similar roles at Holland & Barrett, where responsibilities included leading the property function for over 800 UK stores, and at Debenhams as Interim Group Property Director, overseeing a detailed estate review. Clive’s consultancy experience includes advising Java House Africa on strategic growth options. Previously, Clive has also held interim property director roles at EAT LTD and Prezzo Ltd, and was Global Property & Commercial Director at Costa Coffee. Clive's career began at Colliers International UK and includes a background in property acquisitions and asset management at Whitbread. Clive holds a Bachelor's Degree in Land Management from the University of Reading.
