Matthew Richards has extensive experience in key account management and product development within the packaging industry. Currently serving as Head of Key Accounts at SHARPAK since November 2023, Matthew previously held roles at Klöckner Pentaplast, including Global Account Director, where responsibility included managing an account with annual sales exceeding £40 million. Prior positions include Group Packaging Manager at Tulip Food Company, Retail Sales Manager at Ocean Fish, and Head of Innovation at Milk Link, where Matthew established the Innovation Centre. Early career experiences include roles at Amcor Flexibles and Sealed Air Corporation. Matthew holds a 2:1 (hons) degree in Food Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
