Vicki L. currently serves as President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Group 1001, leading Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Communications across various companies, including Gainbridge and Delaware Life. In addition, Vicki is an Official Member of Forbes Councils, sharing insights with fellow senior HR executives. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ABM Industries, where Vicki managed a team of over 125 HR professionals and supported more than 150,000 global employees. Vicki's extensive experience encompasses leadership positions at Mutual Insurance Company, Advocate Aurora Health, Amazon, Nestlé USA, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, and Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Sociology from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
