Charmaine Rice, M.A., is a skilled professional with extensive experience in learning, development, and diversity leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Learning, Development & Diversity at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since August 2020, Charmaine previously held roles including Vice President in the same department. Charmaine also facilitates emerging leader and inclusive leadership programs at Heart to Heart Communications and has contributed as a Purposeful Leadership Coach.
