Robert McCoy has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as President of Grizzly Industrial since 1989, where oversight includes finance, marketing, distribution, and more across multi-business organizations with 275 employees. Previous positions include Vice President and Director of Operations, managing 150 employees and 700,000 square feet of facilities, and Corporate Distribution Manager, overseeing multiple locations totaling 1 million square feet. McCoy has also led warehouse operations in various capacities, from Warehouse Manager to Warehouse Associate. Additional early career experience includes roles in firefighting, retail, and apprenticeship in electrical work. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Western Governors University, McCoy previously studied Communications and Business Administration at Skagit Valley College.
