Steve Bates has over 36 years of experience in the service industry, beginning with a tenure as a Service Technician at the United States Air Force from July 1987 to October 1994. Following this, Steve Bates worked as a Service Technician at Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. from October 1994 to June 1995. Since June 1995, Steve Bates has served as the Service Manager at Waibel Energy Systems, where a wealth of expertise in service management has been developed.
