Bart van de Winkel is a seasoned hospitality professional currently serving as Chief Asset Management Officer at Grivalia Hospitality since March 2024. Previously, Bart held a position in asset management at HVS from March 2022 to February 2024. Bart's extensive career with Hilton International spanned over three decades, where roles included Area General Manager for Greece & Cyprus and various general manager positions across multiple locations, as well as Vice President of Food & Beverage for Hilton International UK & Ireland. Bart holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht and is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Business Administration at Columbia University.
