Prior experience includes leadership positions at Atlassian, Gap Inc., Activision, Medtronic, Cardinal Health, and Sun Microsystems, with a focus on global talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation. Faranak R. holds Master's degrees in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and Bachelor's degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
