Ginger Henderson is an experienced retail professional currently serving as Store Director at Metropolitan Market since October 2018, overseeing the opening of a new store on October 7, 2021. Prior to this role, Ginger held various positions at Whole Foods Market, including Store Director and Specialty Team Leader, where significant achievements included opening two stores in Oregon and Washington within a year. Ginger earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences/Culinary Arts from The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago, completing the program between 1999 and 2001.
