April DornBrook has an extensive work experience in the field of project management and utility industry. April started their career as a Software Engineer at Configured Energy Systems in 1995, where they were responsible for designing and implementing table-driven applications and contributing to the Trouble Management product area. April then joined CES International in 1999 as a Software Engineer Lead, where they managed a team of software engineers and made decisions regarding product enhancements. In 2004, they worked as a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at SPL WorldGroup. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer at Oracle. April then joined UISOL in 2008 as a Consultant, working on projects related to the implementation and upgrade of the Oracle Utilities Network Management System for Eversource Energy and Duke Energy. Since 2015, they have been working at GridBright as a Senior Consultant, specializing in grid management and providing solutions and services for improving grid operations. April DornBrook holds various certifications, including MPM, CAPM, PMI-SP, PMI-PBA, and DASM.
