Doug Sandler serves as the Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific Operations at Helen of Troy since November 2017, leading a team of over 200 in managing the Asia-based supply chain for notable brands such as OXO® and Hydro Flask®, contributing to $2 billion in revenue. In addition to this role, Doug holds positions as Chairman of the Board and Legal Representative of Helen of Troy Consulting (Shenzhen) Company Ltd and as a Board Member of Helen of Troy Comercial Offshore de Macau Limitada. Doug's previous experience includes Vice President of Sourcing and General Manager of TTI Floorcare Asia Region at Techtronic Industries, overseeing a global spend of over $600 million and leading a team of over 200. Additional roles at TTI Floor Care North America and Newell Brands demonstrate a strong background in marketing and strategic account management. Doug's education includes an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and advanced degrees in Spanish Philology and International Relations.
