Glenda Bernhardt is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Greensboro Jewish Federation, Glenda has previously held significant roles such as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Freedom School Partners, where strategic vision and fundraising initiatives were key responsibilities. Earlier positions include Executive Director at Temple Israel and Senior Development Officer at Teen Health Connection, highlighting expertise in budget management, program oversight, and community engagement. Glenda holds a Master of Social Work in Community Organization and Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
