Chandler Barense is a dedicated missionary with a background in sports management and biblical studies. Since August 2018, Chandler has served as Campus Staff at New Life Church in Ann Arbor with Reliant Mission. Prior experience includes an internship with the University of Michigan Athletics, where Chandler contributed to the Strategic Partnerships team by supporting business operations related to university, community, and corporate partnerships. Additionally, experience as a Building Supervisor and Student Coordinator with University of Michigan Recreational Sports involved managing the Central Campus Recreational Building, while a historical interpreter role at Mackinac State Historic Parks provided an opportunity to educate visitors about military history. Chandler also interned at the University of Michigan Golf Course, assisting with various operational tasks. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan.
