Dave Hutsell has a extensive work experience in the nursery and landscaping industry. Dave started their career at Hines Nurseries in 1984, where they worked as a Sales Rep/Market Manager for almost two decades. Dave then joined The Home Depot as a Global Product Merchant, overseeing the Landscape Supply division of HD Supply. In 2005, Dave joined Gro-Eco LLC as a Sales Director, where they successfully raised capital for the company and developed a sales force for their products. In 2010, they joined Greenleaf Nursery as the Vice President Sales for the North Carolina division. Currently, Dave serves as the EVP General Manager at Greenleaf Nursery Company since 2016.

Dave Hutsell attended Texas Tech University from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture. There is no further information available about their education history beyond that.
