Jean Walters is an experienced professional in customer experience and enablement, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Customer Enablement at Greenhouse Software since November 2013. In this role, Jean leads the Customer Education and Scaled Customer Success teams, focusing on innovative strategies to enhance user engagement and proficiency. Prior positions at Greenhouse include establishing the Customer Success Operations function and building the original Customer Success and Support teams. Prior to Greenhouse, Jean held various client management roles at eChalk and served as Project Officer and Division Administrator at the National Council on Aging. Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
