Rob Lawton has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Greene King since December 2007, where responsibilities include supporting 16 General Managers and their businesses across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. Previously, Rob held the interim role of Operations Manager for the Pub & Grill division of Greene King PLC from July 2020 to February 2022, and worked as Associate Business Development Manager at Laurel from 2004 to 2007.
