Steven Horan is an experienced operations and marketing professional with a diverse background in supply chain management and business development. Currently serving as an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain since June 2021, Steven has successfully implemented inventory audits and developed training programs for crew members, enhancing team morale and productivity. As a Marketing & Operations Coordinator at Philly Pretzel Factory since November 2016, Steven has expanded product reach in various regions while managing operations and employing lean principles to boost efficiency.
