Michael Webley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Michael currently holds the position of Head of Insight - Innovation at Greene King since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tesco in various roles, including Head of Customer Experience, Head of Foresight and Colleague Insight, Head of Colleague Insight, and Colleague Insight Manager - Group. During their time at Tesco, they played a key role in defining and delivering the customer experience vision, driving a customer-centric culture, and improving colleague experience. Before joining Tesco, Michael worked at Discovery Research as an Associate Director, where they managed key clients and generated new business. Michael also worked as a Senior Research Exec at Research International and as a Researcher at Discovery Research, where they developed expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Michael began their career at NAVTEQ as a Marketing Exec.
Michael Webley attended Bancrofts School from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they studied Geography at Brunel University London, earning both a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
