Heath started as a Director of Sales at Green Hills Software, focusing on strategic business growth in defense, aerospace, medical device, and IoT security. Heath also held key roles at companies like Specialized Security Services, Inc., Ericsson, Hewlett Packard, Anue Systems, and ARRIS Group, Inc., where they led business development, product management, and strategic direction initiatives. Peyton's expertise lies in driving market growth, introducing new technologies, and managing P&L performance for cybersecurity portfolios and technology solutions.

Heath Peyton attended Georgia State University Perimeter College in 1994 for College/High School Dual Enrollment. Heath then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed in 1999. In 2014, Heath earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Heath also holds a Pragmatic Marketing Certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
