Steven Penketh is currently serving as Senior Advisor to the CEO at the Green Finance Institute, focusing on the design and implementation of blended finance solutions for green infrastructure projects in the UK. Previously, at Barclays from January 2009 to January 2023, Steven held multiple senior roles, including Head of Securitised Products Solutions for EME, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Structural Reform, and Head of Capital Markets Execution, contributing to significant revenue growth and regulatory compliance. Steven's career began as a Barrister At Law, followed by a role in the International Finance Group at Sidley Austin LLP. Steven holds an LLM in International Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bar Finals qualification from the University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Queen Mary University of London.
